TERMS

DELIVERY
We send your order with  DHL to your nearest Service Point in Sweden. Outside of Europe we send to your front door. The delivery time is normally 1-3 days working days unless otherwise stated during your order or your order confirmation. Outside of Europe it can take up to 7 days. If a product has a different delivery time, you are informed of this by us to the e-mail address you specified at the time of purchase.

PRICES
The prices of our bikes and accessories are stated in your local currency and including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping.

RETURNS
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 30 days. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of this, in your notice it must be clear that you regret your purchase. You contact us most easily by sending an email to info@otisbikes.com. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods or a substantial part of it. In order to utilize your right of withdrawal, you must keep the goods in as good a condition as when you got it from us. This means that the product must be packed in original packaging and unused. You can, of course, examine it if you are careful. If the item is damaged or lost because you are careless, you lose the right of withdrawal.

WARRANTIES AND RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
We provide a 1-year product warranty and a 3-year right of complaint. We only process complaints if you have a valid receipt. You’ll let us know the error of a product by notifying us within a reasonable time after you discovered the error. You also have to explain why you think the item is incorrect. Warranty does not apply to anything other than faults in material, design and function. The warranty does not cover periodic checks, maintenance, repairs, replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear and damage to the product through improper use or handling.

RETURNS
Returns are made at your own expense unless the goods are defective. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not against the postal deposit. At the exchange, we will pay the new shipping from us to you. When you have used your right of withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us. We will if you have used your right of withdrawal, pay back what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the goods. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods. UNCLAIMED GOODS
Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee, and handling fee.
