HOW DOES MY BIKE GET DELIVERED?
When you buy your bike, it is sent with DHL / UPS to your nearest DHL / UPS Service Point delivery point in Sweden. In the rest of Europe, your order will be delivered to your doorstep. The delivery time is normally 1-3 days unless otherwise stated during your order or your order confirmation. For shipment outside of Europe, it can take up to 7 days.
HOW DO I ASSEMBLY MY BIKE?
Our bicycles are delivered to 90% mounted in addition to handlebars, front wheels, saddle, and pedals. These are easily mounted in about 10 minutes.

We provide a 1-year product warranty and a 3-year right of complaint. More info can be found under our support page.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS CAN I CHOOSE?
Klarna offers a smooth and secure payment via Klarna. Choose to pay directly, pay later or split the payment.
WHY HAS KLARNA SENT ME AN INVOICE?
